Director, Stock Administration

  • 01Manage international compliance
  • 02Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting and Finance to ensure accuracy of equity data
  • 03Ensure proper taxation for equity exercises and releases
  • 04Ensure regulatory compliance for Section 16 executives and Board members
  • 05Assist in preparation of SEC Form filings
  • 06Manage reporting, reviewing, and tracking of 10b5-1 trading plans
  • 07Create stock reports as requested
  • 08Assist with stock-related disclosures and internal/external audits
  • 09Conduct stock analysis, modeling, and testing
  • 10Administer equity compensation following plan terms and conditions
  • 11Manage quarterly calendar of stock administration activities
  • 12Implement educational sessions and communication materials for global employees
  • 13Provide service and support for employee stock plan questions
  • 14Improve stock administration function through automation and best practices
  • 15Lead system improvement and implementation
  • 16Assist with mobility and international reporting compliance
  • 17Participate in M&A equity award conversion
  • 18Process bi-annual ESPP purchases and quarterly RSU releases
  • 19Participate in preparation of annual proxy filing

Требования

  • 01CEP designation preferred or willing to complete within 18 months
  • 02Minimum of 9 years of stock administration experience
  • 03Outstanding analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • 04Excellent business judgement and strategic thinking
  • 05Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • 06Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy
  • 07Ability to inspire action and coordinate simultaneous initiatives
  • 08Intellectually curious with aptitude for creative problem-solving
  • 09Dependable teammate with collaboration skills

  • 12Confident working with various management levels and handling confidential data

  • 14Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup)
  • 15Experience with EEO

Условия

  • 01Annual base salary range: $184,000 - $253,000 USD for California (excluding SF Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington
