Global Senior Equity Program Manager

- 01Oversee daily equity plan operations including grant processing, option exercises, cancellation and cap table management
- 02Build and optimize processes for equity transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- 03Manage monthly equity reconciliations and reporting
- 04Lead demographic and payroll system integrations to streamline equity operations
- 05Develop and implement automated processes for tax rate calculations and payroll integration
- 06Create scalable workflows that can support our growing headcount and global expansion
- 07Provide high-touch service to ensure employees understand their equity compensation
- 08Execute simple equity tax calculations in coordination with payroll processing
- 09Ensure timely and accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity transactions
- 10Support development of equity tax policies and procedures
- 11Design and document standard operating procedures for all equity operations
- 12Create scalable processes that will support transition to public company requirements
- 13Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on equity-related questions and programs
Требования
- 01A Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation
- 028+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan management, or related field
- 03Strong knowledge of equity compensation principles (stock options, RSUs)
- 04Experience with Shareworks equity management platforms
- 05Proficiency in payroll systems integration and tax withholding processes
- 06Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 07Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex equity concepts to employees
- 08Experience at high-growth technology companies during scaling phases
- 09Knowledge of US and international equity compensation and tax requirements
- 10Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- 11Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with modeling
- 12Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 13Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
- 14Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

- 01The annual compensation range for this role is listed below
- 02Annual Salary: $190,000 — $230,000 USD
- 03Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time
- 04Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas
