Обязанности
- 01Support the establishment and maintenance of vendor relationships and serve as the primary commercial point of contact for contract administration and commercial compliance
- 02Support negotiation of service contracts and commercial terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and conditions aligned with operational requirements
- 03Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities while supporting deployment speed and service quality standards
- 04Support vendor evaluation process by providing market analysis and technical vetting including engineering and operations
- 05Analyze spending patterns and market conditions within Field Services and OPEX categories to inform sourcing decisions and identify negotiation leverage
- 06Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Finance and other teams to align procurement with operational needs and business requirements
- 07Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews and vendor business reviews with stakeholders
- 08Work with Construction & Operations teams to identify supply risks and develop contingency plans for critical vendors
- 09Maintain accurate procurement records, contract files, and reports on vendor commercial performance and contract compliance
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field
- 023-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or category management with proven vendor relationship management and contract negotiation success
- 03Demonstrated expertise in vendor relationship management, contract negotiation and commercial terms structuring
- 04Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel
- 05Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 06Background in services or OPEX procurement, preferably in technology, cloud or data center environments
- 07Ability to understand operational and safety/uptime requirements in a live data‑center environment
- 08Ability to pass a background check

- 02Base salary $151,800 – $184,000 plus bonus
