Обязанности

  • 01Develop and implement global sourcing strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and aligned with company objectives
  • 02Manage the entire NPI process, overseeing project kickoff, sampling, design, and release
  • 03Evaluate and actively manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality standards and delivery deadlines
  • 04Conduct comprehensive risk management for supply contracts and agreements, including contingency planning
  • 05Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders for new product planning
  • 06Implement and champion sustainability practices in procurement and sourcing operations
  • 07Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and NPI innovations to maintain competitive edge

Требования

  • 01Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trade, or related field
  • 025-7 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement, preferably for Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Hardware supply chains
  • 03Proven track record of managing NPI deployments and complex supply chains
  • 04Experience working with global manufacturers and handling process qualification, documentation, and supplier ramp approvals
  • 05Background working with hyperscalers, OEM/ODMs, or infrastructure providers
  • 06Ability to pass a background check
  • 07Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM (preferred)
  • 08Experience managing Data Center infrastructure categories (preferred)
  • 09Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains (preferred)

  • 01Full-time position with flexibility to be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Seattle, or Denver
  • 02Competitive compensation up to $151,000‑$184,000 plus bonus
