Обязанности
- 01Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
- 02Assist in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
- 03Partner with corporate stakeholders to help deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe’s growth
- 04Conduct spend analysis and support the development of category strategies with measurable cost savings
- 05Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
- 06Assist in identifying and implementing procurement process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility across corporate categories
Требования
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 022–3 years in procurement, sourcing, or category management with exposure to indirect or corporate services categories
- 03Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies
- 04Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail
- 05Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills with a desire to grow influence across the organization
