01Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Solicit and evaluate bids for technical and commercial compliance. Lead negotiations for purchase agreements and manage the selection of critical suppliers
02Contract Management: Build and cultivate long-term partner relationships, including the execution and governance of Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NMDA’s) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
03End-to-End Logistics: Own the tracking of delivery statuses, arrange transportation, and coordinate off-loading for site-critical materials
04Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and material innovations to identify new sources of supply and mitigate price volatility
05Operations & Inventory: Oversee inventory management and fleet coordination, ensuring 100% material availability for field teams while optimizing warehouse efficiency
06Cross-Functional Support: Provide critical supply chain and logistics support to ensure project timelines remain on track, assisting with administrative and field coordination as needed

013–5 years of dedicated procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in an industrial, energy, or infrastructure environment
02Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)
03Proven ability to manage complex RFPs, evaluate bid leveling, and navigate ERP systems
04A proactive problem-solver who embodies company values and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
