01Proactively assess risks to workers across the worksites and develop clear, actionable recommendations to reduce risk as appropriate.
02Develop and implement various HSE processes, procedures, work instructions, and checklists, ensuring consistent application across the facility.
03Monitor compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, company policies, and established procedures.
04Monitor and report on key HSE objectives and metrics, ensuring that HSE is an integral part of Management discussions, objectives, and priorities.
05Facilitate thorough incident investigations and lead root cause analysis efforts following any failures, incidents, or accidents; actively monitor and follow up on the status of corrective actions and reports.
06Plan and assist with compliance audits and self-assessments; serve as a key liaison with various external agencies regarding HSE issues.
07Coordinate and actively participate in the HSE training of personnel; develop and maintain a high level of HSE awareness and a proactive culture through consistent communications and promotion of program involvement.
08Ensure that the relevant HSE documentation is meticulously maintained, updated, and readily available at the worksites, staying ahead of new HSE requirements.

01Minimum of 5-7+ years of relevant industry experience required; manufacturing experience preferred; university degree preferred but equivalent experience considered.
02Proven technical knowledge of various HSE rules and regulations at both Federal and State levels; direct hands-on implementation experience required.
03Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong computer skills, including proficiency in both MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
04Must be able to legally work and reside in the US without requiring sponsorship.
05Position is safety-sensitive; drug and alcohol program participation required; must be able to pass a background check.
