Обязанности

  • 01Lead the coordination of all on-shift operations, ensuring safe operation of plant equipment during normal and emergency scenarios
  • 02Use Distributive Control System (DCS) computers to operate equipment and monitor parameters, making adjustments to maintain optimal performance
  • 03Ensure strict adherence to all local, State, and Federal regulations and internal plant procedures
  • 04Maintain plant security, handle and transfer bulk chemicals, and ensure safe storage and transport of waste materials
  • 05Perform chemical analysis and control on steam, cooling, and condensate systems and maintain chemistry logs
  • 06Utilize RedTag PRO and other specialized software for issuance of Lockout Tagouts during maintenance
  • 07Resolve complex technical issues and independently prioritize responsibilities for specific functional areas
  • 08Assist in development of Standard Operating Procedures and provide input to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and safety
  • 09Provide advanced on-the-job training and mentorship to team members in complex technical areas

Требования

  • 0110+ years of experience in a power plant environment
  • 02Deep understanding of health and safety regulations, hazardous energy, chemicals, and waste materials
  • 03Experience using test equipment, calibration appliances, and machinery repair/control systems
  • 04Strong mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of chemistry, physics, electricity, and mathematics
  • 05Proven decision‑making ability for non‑routine technical issues and emergency operations
  • 06Proficiency with PC computers, Microsoft Office, and specialized plant control software
  • 07Physical ability to walk, reach, climb, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds
  • 08Authorization to work in the USA
  • 09Willingness to participate in drug and alcohol program (safety‑sensitive position)
