Обязанности

  • 01Provide dedicated safety oversight for active deployments and operational data centers as primary safety point of contact
  • 02Assess risks to workers, make recommendations and develop action plans to reduce risk
  • 03Develop and implement HSE processes, including Right to Know policies and Hazard Communication programs
  • 04Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations, policies and procedures and report on HSE objectives and metrics
  • 05Facilitate incident investigations, lead root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions, reports and audits
  • 06Develop and maintain HSE awareness and culture through communications, training and promotion of program involvement
  • 07Coordinate and participate in HSE training of personnel
  • 08Liaise with local contractors, clients, agencies and air quality boards on HSE issues
  • 09Ensure HSE documentation such as MSDS/SDS folders is maintained, up‑to‑date and readily available

Требования

  • 01Minimum 7+ years of relevant HSE experience
  • 02University degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 03Proven technical knowledge of federal and state HSE rules and regulations
  • 04Experience implementing HSE rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • 05Experience with electrical safety standards such as NFPA70E and OSHA30
  • 06Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 07Strong computer skills for documentation, reporting and HSE management systems
  • 08Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • 09Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

  • 02Salary range $107,000 – $130,000 plus bonus
