Senior Project Manager, Manufacturing Infrastructure

01Lead all phases of facility construction, including warehouse-to-manufacturing conversions and greenfield environments
02Oversee the buildout of critical facility infrastructure including high-capacity electrical distribution, mechanical/HVAC systems, and industrial automation
03Lead the transition from construction completion to manufacturing readiness
04Coordinate equipment installation, testing, and commissioning of high-speed production lines
05Partner with operations and engineering teams to ensure facility designs support high-throughput assembly of data center hardware
06Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to constructability, equipment delivery, and schedule dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
07Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors
08Lead regular status meetings and ensure transparency across engineering, procurement, and leadership teams
09Manage contractor agreements, ensuring strict adherence to commercial terms, safety protocols, and quality standards

01Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
025–10+ years of project management experience delivering complex capital projects on time and on budget
03Demonstrated experience managing industrial facility construction, including electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and automation systems
04Mastery of fundamentals: planning, scheduling (CPM), budgeting, cost control, risk management, and resource allocation
05Experience managing both direct contractor relationships and working through a CM/GC structure
06This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility
07Drug and alcohol program participation is required
08Must pass a background check
09Comfortable working on-site daily with weekly travel to facilities in the greater Denver area
