Обязанности
- 01Lead the team of Electrical Engineers and Designers
- 02Manage the engineering queue and assign personnel to projects based on expertise and production deadlines
- 03Lead high-level technical design reviews
- 04Serve as the primary point of contact for UL/NFPA/NEC regulatory bodies
- 05Establish and enforce 'The Crusoe Standard' for electrical documentation
- 06Identify and implement improvements to the design-to-manufacturing handoff
- 07Lead cross-functional cost-reduction initiatives
- 08Assist in the development of the annual engineering budget
Требования
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 02Minimum of 3–5 years in a formal management or supervisory role
- 0310+ years of total experience in electrical design, specifically within power distribution, switchgear, or modular industrial buildings
- 04Proven ability to manage a department-level 'engine'
- 05Exceptional ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable business insights
- 06Drug and alcohol program participation required
