Senior Construction Manager

Обязанности
- 01Supervise on-site construction activities for both direct hires and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards
- 02Ensure that all MEP systems are installed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes
- 03Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation deliveries to ensure compliance with project requirements and approved designs
- 04Develop and implement execution plans, including detailed schedules and logistics
- 05Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning efforts
- 06Travel as needed (up to 30%) to oversee multiple project sites
Требования
- 017+ years of field experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 02Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and knowledge of industry codes and standards
- 03Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- 04Ability to build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- 05Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, budgets, and project details simultaneously
- 06Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools
- 07Motivation to contribute to a mission-driven, sustainable AI-first cloud infrastructure company
