Обязанности
- 01Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior/TI build-out
- 02Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety
- 03Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes
- 04Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
- 05Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
- 06Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
- 07Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost
- 08Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and standards
Требования
- 01Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 025+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
- 03Experience with large commercial/industrial projects
- 04Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- 05Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
- 06Excellent vendor, schedule, and communication skills
- 07Ability to travel ~50%
