  • 01Manage a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives, equipping them with the resources, coaching, and support they need to drive strong business results
  • 02Develop, maintain, and optimize SDR processes for outbound prospecting that will drive more revenue to the company and align with Attentive’s go-to-market motion
  • 03Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor team productivity, drive accountability, and continuously improve results
  • 04Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional peers to drive business outcomes for Attentive
  • 05Hire, onboard, and develop and retain top SDR talent, supporting career progression through individualized development plans

Требования

  • 013+ years of experience in Sales Development or SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of top performance
  • 02At least 3 years of management experience
  • 03Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in multi-product environments
  • 04Strong ability to summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training
  • 05Passion for coaching and educating others
  • 06Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
