RVP, Strategic Expansion Sales

  • 01Build and lead a team of high-performing individuals as the company grows
  • 02Focus on increasing wallet share of Strategic accounts through the sale of new products and expansion into portfolio brands and geos
  • 03Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • 04Lead the dialogue with sales, product management and marketing regarding market opportunities, sales positioning, use of resources and strategic planning
  • 05Work closely with the Attentive Leadership Team, providing clear feedback on how the expansion sales motion is working and how we can better align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
  • 06Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and build lasting relationships across customer accounts and securing expansion growth
  • 07Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs

Требования

  • 0110+ years of B2B/Enterprise software sales with experience selling CDP/ESP required
  • 025+ years of SaaS sales management experience
  • 03Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients
  • 04Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • 05Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • 06An excellent and structured verbal and written communicator
  • 07Thrive in a fast paced, innovative work environment
  • 08Willingness to travel, up to 25%
