  • 01Lead and scale the commercial sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • 02Build the infrastructure and processes to scale by hundreds in coming years
  • 03Develop and implement sales strategies
  • 04Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes
  • 05Foster a high-performance culture through effective change management and leadership
  • 06Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase output and efficiency
  • 07Drive results-oriented initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals
  • 08Manage and mentor a team of sales leaders and representatives
  • 09Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Требования

  • 014-8 years of experience in a second-line sales management role
  • 02Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • 03Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • 04Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving change management
  • 05Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • 06Experience in the SaaS industry is required and preferred if CWM
  • 07Excellent communication and leadership skills
