- 01Define and drive the end-to-end architecture of our Salesforce and RevTech ecosystem
- 02Establish a multi-quarter architectural vision that balances flexibility, scalability, and operational simplicity
- 03Identify systemic risks and proactively evolve the platform to prevent future constraints—not just react to current needs
- 04Collaborate with business stakeholders to design solutions and deliver technical implementations that align with business objectives
- 05Set the standard for clean architecture, maintainable automation, and scalable system design
- 06Identify and aggressively reduce tech debt, redundant logic, and fragile implementations
- 07Provide architectural oversight to prevent poor design decisions and fragmented solutions
- 08Partner with Financial systems team to develop end to end solutions across SalesForce, Integration layer and ERP
- 09Act as a force multiplier—raising the technical bar across the team through mentorship and guidance
- 10Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems and drive them to clear, scalable solutions
- 11Balance competing priorities with strong technical judgment
- 12Operate with urgency while maintaining a high bar for system quality and durability
- 13Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and programmatic development
- 14Lead and execute complex system redesigns
- 15Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and smooth system interactions
- 16Lead Salesforce release management and deployment processes
- 17Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance
- 18Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and maintainability
- 19Debug and resolve deeply complex issues across systems, integrations, and data layers
- 20Own end-to-end data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and downstream systems and how it impacts reporting
Требования
- 017–10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and scaling Salesforce environments in complex or high-growth organizations
- 02Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations/APIs, and data modeling
- 03Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, multi-system architectures
- 04Experience leading end-to-end system ownership, from architecture through implementation and ongoing optimization
- 05Experience and deep understanding of the quote to cash process, including complex pricing models and contract lifecycle
- 06Strong ability to take ambiguous problems and deliver pragmatic, durable solutions
- 07Deep understanding of data integrity, system reliability, and integration patterns
- 08Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage non technical and technical stakeholders
- 09Champion the intentional integration of AI capabilities into solutions, driving the organization’s evolution toward a more agentic, automation-first operating model
- 10Demonstrated strong adherence to SDLC best practices, ensuring disciplined design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability
