Требования
- 01Self-motivated, highly driven Software Engineer with strong understanding of low-level distributed systems concepts
- 02Track record of debugging issues across layers—from application logic to infrastructure bottlenecks—and understanding tradeoffs in system design
- 03Understanding how connected storage impacts performance (e.g., storage API semantics like consistency, eventual visibility, multi-part uploads)
- 04Understanding the impact of network I/O and data locality on performance and cost
- 05Understanding how resource scheduling and JVM tuning influence distributed job behavior
- 06Proven experience as a Software Engineer focused on high throughput scalable systems
- 07In-depth knowledge of high throughput processing technologies such as Spark, Flink, and/or Kafka
- 08Proficiency in Java and strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and optimization
- 09Development experience with data warehouse tools like Snowflake, Clickhouse, Trino, etc.
- 10Experience with open source data storage formats such as Apache Iceberg, Parquet, Arrow, or Hudi
- 11Knowledgeable about data modeling, data access, and data replication techniques, such as CDC
- 12Proven track record of architecting applications at scale and maintaining infrastructure as code via Terraform
- 13Excited by new technologies but conscious of choosing them for the right reasons

- 01Base salary range $178,400 - $205,500 annually (US) + equity + benefits
