- 01Build fast, high-impact GTM solutions by designing and shipping workflows, automations, and internal tools
- 02Reduce manual work across the GTM organization by automating data capture, field population, handoffs, enrichment, and workflow steps
- 03Increase signal density and data usefulness by auto-populating key fields and enriching customer and pipeline data
- 04Identify and deploy AI-enabled workflows to improve go-to-market productivity
- 05Operate with speed and pragmatism, balancing fast bespoke builds with durable enterprise-grade solutions
- 06Self-source high-value opportunities by working with Sales, CS, and RevOps teams to identify friction and inefficiencies
- 07Own outcomes end-to-end from problem identification through implementation, adoption, and iteration
Требования
- 012+ years of experience building workflows, automations, or internal tools in GTM or Revenue Operations
- 02Hands‑on experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Zapier, enrichment platforms, or AI workflow tools
- 03Strong systems judgment to choose between fast bespoke builds and durable solutions
- 04High‑agency builder mindset with ability to start without perfect requirements
- 05Proven ability to move quickly and independently on loosely defined business problems
- 06Fluency with AI tools and emerging automation capabilities
- 07Strong cross‑functional communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
