Staff Product Operations Manager

- 01Leading end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of strategic programs and projects from problem space definition to customer impact
- 02Defining program-level OKRs, scope, resourcing requirements, milestone timelines, dependency management, risk mitigation, decision making, progress/impact tracking, health metrics
- 03Partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to surface underlying needs and desired outcomes, anticipate and remove obstacles, and drive progress
- 04Establishing and modeling the standard for the Product Operations craft at Calendly
- 05Establishing best practices for planning, prioritization, execution, governance, data-driven decision making
- 06Improving cross-functional collaboration and communication by creating shared understanding and alignment
- 07Identifying organizational problems and opportunities, then defining and leading the programs, processes, and tools needed to help the organization operate effectively
Требования
- 0110+ years of product operations or direct program management experience managing high-complexity, high-visibility, high-impact enterprise-wide programs
- 02Candidates must be located in San Francisco Bay Area
- 03Demonstrated ability in leading programs across a wide range of business and technology-related topics from problem space definition to customer impact
- 04The ability to assimilate different points of view to create shared understanding across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- 05Exceptional leadership and communications skills
- 06Proven ability to influence without authority, build trust, manage complexity and drive business results
- 07Demonstrated experience managing programs in a remote-first environment
- 08Familiarity applying change management practices to drive adoption
- 09B.A. in a business or technical field
- 10Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America

- 01This role requires the candidate to come into the office 1-2 times a week
- 02Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range $230,520 — $291,540 USD
- 03Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range $211,310 — $267,245 USD
- 04Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range $192,100 — $242,950 USD
