Staff Product Manager, New Products

- 01Lead discovery and validation of new product ideas, including rapid prototyping and customer testing
- 02Explore how AI can power new experiences across scheduling, meetings and beyond
- 03Collaborate with R&D (Engineering, Design, Research) to build MVPs and experiments that unlock high-potential opportunities
- 04Partner with leadership to align new initiatives with Calendly's long-term multi-product vision
- 05Define success metrics and run experiments to quickly evaluate product-market fit
- 06Define entirely new product experiences
- 07Build rapid prototypes and Minimum Delightful Products
- 08Validate problems, define user segments, and drive upgrades
- 09Create the product narrative, roadmap, and long-term strategy
- 10Own the execution path from concept → beta → GA → scale
- 11Influence the future of Calendly’s evolution
Требования
- 018–10 years of PM experience across startups and scaled companies
- 02Bonus points if you've been a founder or early employee at a SaaS company
- 03Track record of building 0-to-1 products and validating new ideas in ambiguous environments
- 04Strong product sense and customer empathy; able to translate insights into bold, differentiated solutions
- 05Experience, curiosity, and eagerness to explore what's possible with AI is a must
- 06Ability to work in our San Francisco office 2–3 times per week
- 07Authorized to work lawfully in the United States

- 01Hybrid position located in the Bay Area; expectation to go into the San Francisco office 2 times per week
- 02Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range: $237,305 — $300,121 USD
- 03Tier 2 Salary Hiring Range: $217,530 — $275,111 USD
- 04Tier 3 Salary Hiring Range: $197,754 — $250,101 USD

- 06Full-time (30 hours/week) eligibility
