Supply Chain Manager
Remote - Taiwan
Обязанности
- 01Oversee Inbound Supply Chain Operations including forecast release, PR/PO processing, material and factory manufacturing management, logistic coordination
- 02Be responsible for shipping within hard time frames per supply targets
- 03Provide insights to barriers to production capacity and materials visibility
- 04Drive BOM ordering with supply chain elasticity, implementation plan of ECO change, MRD reporting and supply optimization with JDM partners
- 05Interface with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve production gaps
- 06Collaborate ECOs with suppliers and cross-functional team to alleviate supply gaps
- 07Deliver accurate cost projections with elaborate cost models such as E&O, Returns, Warranty units
- 08Standardize communication by establishing tools, processes and reports
- 09Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Требования
- 014+ years of supply chain execution & supplier’s material, capacity, refurbishment management or acting as sales operation / supply management to the Tier 1 customers
- 02Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, operation or related field
- 03Experiences of supply fulfillment with direct supplier management, including CTB report, OPO backlog tracking, material shortage report as essential requirements
- 04Well concept with learning experience about operational systems (ERP, PLM, ASCP..etc.)
- 05Strong capability of analytic and reporting to Executive level through various format / presentation of task simulation or solution presentation
- 06Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cross-functional teams
- 07Excellent organizational & time management skills with passion for risk mitigation with solution development, analysis and sensitivity of numbers
- 08Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- 09Ability to function well in a high-paced, dynamic and high growth environment
- 10Demonstrated ability to implement programs across a wide range of stakeholder requirements

- 01This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in our Taipei office
