Обязанности
- 01Lead the sustaining Demand and Supply Planning teams that own forecasts for all Samsara hardware products globally
- 02Collaborate tightly with Product and NPI Planning to ensure a smooth handoff from new product introduction into sustaining
- 03Own the global demand forecasting process for physical products, consolidating signals from Sales, Product, Marketing, and historical performance
- 04Translate demand into executable supply plans in partnership with Supply Chain, Global Operations Engineering, and Fulfillment
- 05Own the refurbishment and RMA demand and supply forecast
- 06Run recurring forecast and supply reviews (e.g. IBP/S&OP forums), clearly communicating changes in business trends to senior leadership
- 07Establish and own key planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias, on-time delivery, and excess & obsolescence (E&O)
- 08Own and drive Samsara’s vendor managed inventory partnership
- 09Drive process and systems improvements across forecasting, scenario modeling, and reporting
- 10Coach, develop, and scale a high-performing planning team
- 11Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Hardware Product, Supply Chain, and Operations
- 12Scope and lead high-impact cross-functional projects that sit at the intersection of planning, supply chain, and commercial strategy

- 02Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels
- 03Ability to translate complex forecasts into clear narratives and decisions for senior leadership
