Обязанности

  • 01Effectively manage and maintain complex calendars for Product Leadership, effectively prioritizing high-volume of asks from multiple stakeholders
  • 02Manage team budget, travel and expenses; process all expenses and reimbursements; manage invoices and Purchase Orders
  • 03Create, organize and maintain team mailing lists, folders, drives so that information is an easily-accessible and well-organized resource
  • 04Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies, such as streamlining new hire onboarding or establishing a review process. Present plans at executive team meetings and org-wide All Hands
  • 05Strategically manage customer meetings, conferences, and press events ensuring that executives are briefed and prepared. Comfortable putting together talking points, taking notes and partnering with press, analysts, and sales teams
  • 06Manage complex international travel and strategic event coordination considering company priorities, cross functional partnership, global presentation schedule, and onsite logistics
  • 07Clearly communicate with your team, org and company through transparent and clear comms that keep teams both informed and aligned, such as note taking in a staff meeting, tracking action items, weekly newsletters, org-wide comms and All Hands
  • 08Build agendas for meetings, onsites, and All Hands and own them from end to end
  • 09Serve as a lead for, and manager of programs and projects such as headcount management, space management, budget tracking
  • 10Act as a team lead for the admin team, providing guidance and mentorship, and building and clarifying admin team processes and best practices

Требования

  • 01Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience-- direct executive support, program / project management, chief of staff experience
  • 02Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple stakeholders, functions and tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment with a large volume of requests
  • 03Experience identifying gaps and then initiating, implementing systems, processes, or programs that address them
  • 04Extreme attention to detail, organized and responsive
  • 05Very strong interpersonal skills
  • 06Experience managing high volume complex calendars and managing international travel
  • 07Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 08IT savvy
  • 09Experience working in an externally facing environment; interacting with customers, partners, investors and C-suite executives
  • 10Ability to partner cross functionally with all levels of management, employees, and vendors
  • 11Embrace and spread the Snowflake culture which revolves around our values
  • 12Prior experience as a strategic business partner, with interest in continuing that type of partnership
  • 13Experience working across highly cross-functional teams, including Sales, PR, and Finance
  • 14Experience working with external stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • 15Ability to manage high volume and competing priorities
  • 16Experience owning operational work and project management, including business rhythms, review programs, budget/seating/headcount tracking, and process improvement
  • 17Lead admin experience, including mentoring, dotted-line leadership, and contributing to the broader admin team
