Обязанности
- 01Ramp on Vapi’s platform architecture, APIs, and agent capabilities
- 02Shadow customer deployments and technical discovery calls
- 03Learn the technical architecture of current enterprise customer implementations
- 04Lead technical discovery with customers and design solution architectures
- 05Build rapid prototypes using AI-assisted development tools
- 06Produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation for customer deployments
- 07Own end-to-end technical design for enterprise deployments
- 08Architect complex integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems
- 09Partner with engineering and product to identify platform improvements from customer feedback
Требования
- 015+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- 02Strong ability to translate business requirements into technically sound solutions and communicate effectively with both engineers and executives
- 03Experience owning end-to-end customer engagements and delivering complex technical solutions with measurable outcomes
- 04Comfortable working with enterprise customers ($240K+ ACV) in complex stakeholder environments
- 05Autonomous and self-directed, able to scope, design, and drive solutions independently
- 06Experience designing agentic workflows including tool use, function calling, and multi-step reasoning chains
- 07Experience with conversational AI, voice or telephony platforms, NLP/NLU systems, or LLM-based applications
