Обязанности

  • 01Make real calls and build assistants on Vapi across provider integrations (LLMs, STT, TTS, telephony)
  • 02Ship the first product feature to customers within the first 30 days
  • 03Own a product area within the agent self‑improvement loop or trust and guardrails platform
  • 04Drive a feature from specification to release together with PM and design, including evaluation and rollout
  • 05Utilize AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to increase development throughput
  • 06Operate as a peer engineer, fully owning your domain without hand‑holding
  • 07Run the agent improvement loop end‑to‑end: authoring, evaluation, deployment, observation, iteration
  • 08Contribute to product decisions and ensure multiple features are shipped under your ownership

Требования

  • 015+ years of product engineering experience, including 2+ years at an early‑stage company
  • 02Strong full‑stack development skills, fluent in TypeScript, React, and Node.js backend
  • 03Proven track record of shipping product surfaces that customers love
  • 04Ability to interpret ambiguous problems and design appropriate solutions
  • 05Daily use of AI coding agents with insight into their strengths and limitations
  • 06Self‑directed work style, able to start building without waiting for permission
  • 07Customer empathy and bias for action
  • 08Background in voice AI, conversational AI, LLM applications, or telephony (nice‑to‑have)
  • 09Experience with developer‑facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or dashboards (nice‑to‑have)
  • 10Startup experience or shipped side projects used by others (nice‑to‑have)
  • 11Open‑source contributions or public technical writing (nice‑to‑have)
