Strategic Customer Success Manager - Italian Speaking

Обязанности

  • 01Build relationships with clients and turn them into happy users
  • 02Help educate clients on a new way to create video content
  • 03Work closely with sales to create a cohesive onboarding experience for new users
  • 04Engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organisation, including the C-suite
  • 05Manage a Book of Business along with KPIs
  • 06Manage risk, forecasting, and identify growth opportunities
  • 07Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients, driving value from Synthesia products and services
  • 08Successfully onboard new clients and build key relationships in the first critical months and beyond
  • 09Coordinate and lead regular client check-ins with clear outcomes on client health and opportunities with senior stakeholder attendance
  • 10Perform light video editing using the Synthesia platform
  • 11Ensure retention and growth of enterprise clients
  • 12Ensure ROI and value is understood by clients, proactively looking for risks and opportunities

Требования

  • 01Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management, Client Service, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation or similar ideally in B2B SaaS
  • 02Experience in managing a Book of Business along with KPIs
  • 03A track record in managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
  • 04Fluent in Italian and English
  • 05Based in Europe
