Senior Account Executive, Growth Stage

Обязанности
- 01Identify high-potential business verticals to develop and execute outbound strategies to engage them with Vanta
- 02Turn our inbound demand into closed-new business and happy Vanta customers
- 03Manage our sales pipeline, improving and maturing our sales process and playbook
- 04Define and communicate the specific benefits of Vanta appropriate for each customer, including making sales materials and demos
- 05Collect insights from prospects for our product development process
Требования
- 01Have had a full-cycle closing and quota-carrying role 4+ years, while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 02Have experience self sourcing pipeline by hunting/cold calling into SMB/Mid-Market prospects
- 03Be experienced in B2B SaaS, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market
- 04Be highly empathetic to customers, with a proven track record of long-term customer retention
- 05Possess the technical competency to understand Vanta’s software and build great relationships with highly technical prospects
- 06Have stellar problem-solving chops, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up
- 07Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
- 08Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship

- 13The salary or OTE range for this position is $215,000 - $250,000
