- 01Proactively surface and prioritize high-impact strategic and operational opportunities and own them end-to-end from scoping through execution
- 02Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to define and implement strategy across all Notion products, driving increased value for users, customers, and the business
- 03Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for the Notion leadership team, defining clear hypotheses and building business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence the approach
- 04Work closely with cross-functional leaders to define and manage key drivers of business performance, identifying areas of opportunity and incorporating them into your work
- 05Develop a comprehensive understanding of competitive positioning by using, assessing, and developing insights about peer businesses to inform recommendations
- 06Deeply understand Notion customers and the broader market landscape to uncover insights that inform recommendations
- 07Use AI tools and drive automation to create scalable solutions that combine a broad vision for what is possible with an understanding of the practical demands that constrain them
Требования
- 0110+ years of strategy experience, with 5+ years’ relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, or related professional services fields
- 02Highly structured mindset with a strong focus on driving outcomes and turning data into actionable insights
- 03Excellent financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
- 04Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- 05Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage relationships, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision
- 06Genuine enthusiasm for and proficiency with AI tools; we use AI across the board to move faster and work smarter, and you do too
- 07Hands-on experience with modern AI tools like Notion AI, Claude, Codex, or similar is expected; you should be actively experimenting with new models and workflows, not just aware they exist
- 08Deep understanding of AI SaaS business models, monetization strategies, and pricing frameworks, or a strong demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly
- 09Data self-sufficiency; knowledge of SQL is required
- 10Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment with passion and enthusiasm
- 11You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
