Обязанности
- 01Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and prospects
- 02Build technical proof of concepts/demos/tools to demonstrate value to customers at scale
- 03Provide expert knowledge and answer technical questions to help customers integrate Notion with their existing tools
- 04Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs, and security questionnaires
- 05Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party resources for integrations and security configurations
- 06Join kickoff calls to align on onboarding and implementation needs
- 07Work closely with CX to advocate for open customer tickets and escalations
- 08Bridge the gap between Product, Marketing and Sales, capturing customer feedback
- 09Document technical considerations and contribute to internal knowledge bases
- 10Represent Notion at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
Требования
- 013+ years directly managing, inspiring and mentoring a team of Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers or Solutions Architects
- 02Experience as a SE team leader building strong partnerships with sales leaders
- 03Experience working collaboratively with multiple roles (AE, CS, CX, PS, etc.) in a SaaS GTM organization
- 04Built strong relationships with product, marketing and sales enablement teams
- 05Helped customers understand how to leverage SaaS APIs and admin and end-user integrations
- 06Initiated and managed complex projects to completion
- 07Growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team
- 08Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry
- 09Curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter
