Channel Partner Manager | Franchise

Обязанности

  • 01Source, qualify and conduct deep discovery with net new Franchise partners
  • 02Sign partners and create comprehensive GTM plans
  • 03Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals from franchisors and franchisees
  • 04Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within an organization
  • 05Educate partners on Ramp’s offering and articulate the value props
  • 06Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • 07Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients and inform product roadmap
  • 08Become an expert in Ramp’s product, features, and workflows
  • 09Build new and improve existing workflows and sales motions to contribute to team success

Требования

  • 01Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Partner Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships
  • 02Strong discovery skills and consultative selling ability
  • 03Proven track record of exceeding targets and quotas
  • 04Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency daily
  • 05Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
  • 06Bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment
  • 07Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build relationships across the company
  • 08Experience with and affinity for AI tooling that empowers work
  • 09Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
