Channel Partner Manager | Franchise

Обязанности
- 01Source, qualify and conduct deep discovery with net new Franchise partners
- 02Sign partners and create comprehensive GTM plans
- 03Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals from franchisors and franchisees
- 04Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within an organization
- 05Educate partners on Ramp’s offering and articulate the value props
- 06Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners
- 07Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients and inform product roadmap
- 08Become an expert in Ramp’s product, features, and workflows
- 09Build new and improve existing workflows and sales motions to contribute to team success
Требования
- 01Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Partner Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships
- 02Strong discovery skills and consultative selling ability
- 03Proven track record of exceeding targets and quotas
- 04Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency daily
- 05Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
- 06Bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment
- 07Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build relationships across the company
- 08Experience with and affinity for AI tooling that empowers work
- 09Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
