Обязанности
- 01Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market
- 02Engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with potential customers
- 03Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion
- 04Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to exchange insights on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends
- 05Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on the feedback loop
- 06Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outbound sales activities, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness
- 07Collaborate with the sales leadership to analyze data and optimize strategies for better results
Требования
- 015+ years outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new business meetings
- 02Demonstrated ability to build Opportunity sized lead lists in new markets and categories
- 03Experience with full suite of prospecting tools
- 04Demonstrated ability to build, scale process
- 05Demonstrated ability to nurture a team
- 06Curiosity - asking insightful questions and developing solutions from a foundation of knowledge and insight
- 07Self-motivated, thriving as part of a team while possessing the ability to stay driven and proactive independently
- 08Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads
- 09Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
