Обязанности

  • 01Efficiently scale technical solutions to many enterprise customers, both directly and by improving internal processes and supporting sales teams.
  • 02Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
  • 03Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
  • 04Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition.
  • 05Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
  • 06Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
  • 07Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to make them real.

  • 01Passionate about AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
  • 02Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support.
  • 03Have a talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
  • 04Have strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
  • 05Have a strong technical background to help customers architect integration between our solutions and their existing solutions.
  • 06Experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects) with interest in close technical collaboration.
  • 07Proficiency in Python, including deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
  • 08Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
