Обязанности
- 01Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- 02Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- 03Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
- 04Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- 05Build self‑service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- 06Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to implement them
Требования
- 01Passion for AI, technology and ElevenLabs products
- 02Experience working directly with customers on technical problems
- 03Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- 04Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams
- 05Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations
- 06Experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects)
- 07Proficiency in Python with deep understanding of software development, architecture and integration patterns
- 08Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
