Обязанности
- 01Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- 02Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- 03Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
- 04Create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- 05Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- 06Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to implement them
Требования
- 01Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- 02Enjoyment in working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support
- 03Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- 04Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- 05Strong technical background to help customers architect integration between solutions and their existing systems
- 06Experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects)
- 07Proficiency in Python, including deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- 08Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
