Обязанности
- 01Define and own regional growth: Define the regional growth strategy & channels and own the implementation and outcomes
- 02Regional Growth Engine: Make sure the Middle East grows through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
- 03Outbound Strategy: Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences that cut through the noise.
- 04Local Events: End-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars in the region.
- 05Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
- 06Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, produce executive-level reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- 07Localization & Messaging: Adapt ElevenLabs’ global voice to resonate deeply with the French business cultures.
Требования
- 01Native Arabic speaker; a second Middle Eastern language like Turkish is a plus
- 02Fluent English speaker.
- 035+ years of Growth experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Middle East region
- 04Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.
- 05Entrepreneurial Background: You have a strong drive and a history of high engagement, ideally in an entrepreneurial endeavor or a similar high-stakes environment.
- 06Thrives in Chaos: You are energized by a dynamic, ever-changing environment and can manage multiple work streams without losing focus.
- 07The "Jack of All Trades": Broad knowledge in growth marketing, ranging from data analysis and performance knowledge to campaign planning and event organizing.
- 08DRI Mentality: Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations.
