  • 01Partner closely with EMEA recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for open and pipeline roles across engineering, product, sales, and support functions
  • 02Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, talent databases, professional communities, and creative sourcing techniques
  • 03Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates before requisitions open
  • 04Conduct initial outreach and candidate screenings to assess interest, fit, and availability — delivering well-qualified, well-briefed candidates to the recruiting team
  • 05Track and report on sourcing metrics including outreach response rates, pipeline conversion, and time-to-slate to continuously improve approach and effectiveness
  • 06Stay current on EMEA talent market dynamics, competitor hiring activity, and regional compensation trends to inform sourcing strategy
  • 07Contribute to employer branding efforts by crafting compelling, personalized outreach messages that resonate with diverse candidate personas across EMEA markets

Требования

  • 013+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported EMEA hiring across multiple countries and functions
  • 02Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Lusha, Apollo, GitHub, and other talent intelligence tools
  • 03Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates with personalized, compelling outreach — strong written communication skills are essential
  • 04Comfortable navigating cultural nuances across different EMEA markets and tailoring your approach to local talent pools and expectations
  • 05Data-driven mindset with the ability to track pipeline metrics, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and pivot strategies based on results
  • 06Highly organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
  • 07Experience supporting diversity sourcing initiatives and a genuine commitment to building inclusive candidate pipelines
