  • 01Define and execute strategy for partnering with Sales, engaging customers, influencing new business, and scaling impact
  • 02Build, develop, and inspire talented, hard-working Solutions Consultants and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven processes that drive team and company goals
  • 03Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets across aligned regions and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes
  • 04Analyze and manage the performance of AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metrics
  • 05Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification and POCs/trials, and establish initiatives to up-level AMER Solutions Consultants
  • 06Act as the technical executive to align with customer executives and stakeholders for relationship building and to help advance open opportunities
  • 07Recruit, mentor, and develop the AMER Solutions Consulting leadership team
  • 08Leverage customer feedback and outcomes to collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product improvements
  • 09Participate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leader

Требования

  • 0110+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS
  • 026+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams
  • 03Proven track record of leading and growing high performing teams across multiple timezones and coaching them toward meeting or exceeding performance expectations
  • 04Demonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy, iterating based on data and insights
  • 05Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience
  • 06Strong understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
  • 07Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment

  • 01Full-time role based in one of Figma's US hubs or remotely in the United States
  • 02Annual base salary range: $258,400 – $348,000 USD
