- 01Strategic Technical Partnership: act as a technical thought partner for Anthropic GTM partnerships team, providing technical expertise to understand partner landscape, drive strategic programs, and identify opportunities to deepen partner technical capabilities; embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable AI practices, support troubleshooting, evangelize Anthropic in developer communities, and serve as escalation point for complex technical issues.
- 02Joint Solution Development: collaborate with partners to identify high-value industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures/best practices to accelerate deployment time.
- 03Customer Deal Support: intervene directly to unlock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vector, providing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance.
- 04Partner Ecosystem and Events: represent Anthropic at partner events (GSI customer workshops, AWS summits, industry conferences); host or support events, hackathons, and technical training sessions for partner developers, especially those with deep technical expertise.
- 05Product Feedback: validate and gather feedback on Anthropic’s products and services regarding partner use cases and deployment models, and relay this feedback to relevant teams to inform product roadmap and partner strategy.
Требования
- 01More than 5 years of experience in client-facing technical partner roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- 02Proven track record of successful partnerships with global system integrators and/or cloud service providers to solve complex technical problems, from initial solution design to customer implementation.
- 03Exceptional ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and communicate technical concepts, including to senior executives, IT and engineering teams.
- 04Strong presentation and technical communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- 05Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- 06Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- 07Enthusiasm for cross‑organizational collaboration, finding compromises, and balancing competing priorities.
- 08Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
- 09Passion for creatively thinking about how to use technology safely and beneficially to advance safe AI systems.
