- 04Produce high-quality deliverables, status reports, program plans, and customer responses
- 05Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources with focus on technical complexity
- 06Act as primary escalation point for customers regarding technical delivery issues
- 07Build trust with technical teams and stakeholders, articulate Databricks vision, and facilitate goal‑oriented meetings
Требования
- 01Proven ability to stay current on technology trends and make sound technical decisions without hands‑on coding
- 02Experience managing large, complex engagements and mitigating unexpected technical challenges
- 03Familiarity with trade‑offs between scope, budget, and timeline
- 04Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- 05Track record of influencing technical teams and tailoring messages for audiences from engineers to executives
- 06Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies (preferred)
- 07Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction
