- 01Own delivery of some of Databricks’ most important initiatives and programs that reach tens of thousands of enterprise customers worldwide
- 02Influence roadmap decisions, drive execution across organizations, and ensure launches translate into real customer adoption and business impact
- 03Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initial scoping through launch and adoption
- 04Align engineering, product, design, field, legal, and marketing around a shared plan
- 05Partner with field teams, solutions architects, and customer success to drive successful launches
- 06Build early access programs, capture customer feedback, and translate it into execution priorities
- 07Identify where the organization is losing speed, design scalable processes, and drive adoption across teams
- 08Build systems that outlast individual programs
- 09Own communication with senior leadership, providing clear updates, highlighting risks, and enabling fast, well-informed decision-making
- 10Define success metrics upfront and track progress rigorously
Требования
- 0110+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise software or B2B technology
- 02Proven experience delivering end-to-end product launches across multiple geographies and functions
- 03Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- 04Experience influencing roadmap and prioritization, not just delivery
- 05Credibility with both engineers and executives; strong communication skills with VP and C-level stakeholders
- 06Track record of building scalable processes and operating models
- 07Strong instincts for risk management, escalation, and stakeholder alignment
- 08Experience defining and tracking success metrics; familiarity with SQL or dashboards is a plus
- 09Experience operating with high autonomy and ownership in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
