  • 01Hire and manage Big Data Engineers / Architects
  • 02Participate in technical and design discussions with regions and customers
  • 03Oversee projects in customers' Databricks journey
  • 04Provide guidance and knowledge to enable customers to achieve strategic objectives
  • 05Lead the development of IP, reusable tooling, and assets for field professional services teams and partners
  • 06Manage a team of technical data engineers to achieve customer, company, and team goals
  • 07Act as the first point of escalation for customers with questions about delivery
  • 08Provide input to grow and improve internal processes and customer success service offerings
  • 09Build and leverage customer relationships throughout the sales and delivery process

Требования

  • 0112+ years of industry experience
  • 026+ years of successful experience in a customer-facing role
  • 034+ years of experience leading a technical team of Data Engineers / Architects
  • 04Extensive experience in Big Data ecosystem (Spark, Hadoop ecosystem, Cassandra etc)
  • 05Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP
  • 06Proven documentation skills, along with strong project management experience
  • 07Strong abilities to manage multiple engagements while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • 08Excellent people skills to partner with various key business stakeholders
  • 09Conversant with business issues our customers face today and likely big data use cases in different industries
  • 10Experience estimating effort and scope for services
