Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Public Sector

- 01Work with clients on short to medium term customer engagements on their big data challenges using the Databricks platform
- 02Provide data engineering, data science, and cloud technology projects integrating with client systems
- 03Design and build reference architectures, creating how-to's and productionalizing customer use cases
- 04Guide strategic customers through implementation of transformational big data projects and 3rd party migrations
- 05Consult on architecture and design; bootstrap or implement customer projects
- 06Provide escalated level of support for customer operational issues
- 07Work with technical team, Project Manager, Architect and Customer team to ensure technical components meet customer needs
- 08Work with Engineering and Customer Support to provide product and implementation feedback
Требования
- 016+ years experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics
- 02Comfortable writing code in either Python or Scala
- 03Working knowledge of two or more common Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one
- 04Deep experience with distributed computing with Apache Spark and knowledge of Spark runtime internals
- 05Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments
- 06Working knowledge of MLOps
- 07Design and deployment of performant end-to-end data architectures
- 08Experience with technical project delivery - managing scope and timelines
- 09Documentation and white-boarding skills
- 10Experience working with clients and managing conflicts
- 11U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government secret clearance
- 12Travel to customers 20% of the time

- 01Pay Range: $180,656 - $248,360 USD
