  • 01Present a territory plan within first 90 days
  • 02Meet with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, Program Managers, and other important partners
  • 03Close both new accounts and existing accounts
  • 04Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
  • 05Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • 06Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • 07Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • 08Promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark
  • 09Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
  • 10Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources
  • 11Build a plan for success internally at Databricks and externally with accounts

Требования

  • 017+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas
  • 02Field sales experience within big data, Cloud, and SaaS sales
  • 03Prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and key decision makers
  • 04Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud technologies
  • 05Proven success closing new accounts while managing existing accounts
  • 06Understanding of Spark and big data (preferable)
  • 07Bachelor's Degree
  • 08Experience working in an early stage company
