Field Engineering, AI/ML Product Specialist

- 01Define technical go‑to‑market strategy and drive AI/ML product adoption in APAC and Japan
- 02Work directly with customers to guide data application architecture and decisions
- 03Present, demo and pitch Databricks AI/ML product suite to senior executives
- 04Act as trusted advisor and technical expert for field engineering teams
- 05Enable field teams with value proposition materials and best‑practice assets
- 06Partner with product managers to inform product direction based on local knowledge
- 07Recruit and lead a group of specialists across the field
- 08Speak at conferences, webinars and publish blog posts as a thought leader
- 09Gather customer feedback and communicate product vision
- 10Support field teams in strategic pursuit opportunities
- 11Collaborate with SMEs, product management, product marketing and engineering on GTM motions
Требования
- 016+ years experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
- 022+ years experience delivering production Generative AI solutions
- 03Hands‑on experience building solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP
- 04Proven pre‑sales experience in competitive situations
- 05Ability to co‑plan large territories with Account Executives and work cross‑functionally
- 06Deep understanding of LLM application architectures, RAG, agentic frameworks, and evaluation methodologies
- 07Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, DSPy
- 08Familiarity with foundational models (Claude, Llama, Mistral, OpenAI, open‑source)
- 09Expertise in traditional machine learning methodologies and large‑scale production systems
