- 03Build a collaborative culture within a rapid-growth team
- 04Support increased ROI of Solutions Architect involvement in sales cycles
- 05Create trust‑based long‑term relationships with customers and understand market trends
- 06Promote solution‑ and value‑based selling for field engineering
- 07Represent and build the Databricks brand in Canada with Marketing and Sales
- 08Guide team effectiveness and coach new sales and pre‑sales members
Требования
- 015+ years of second‑line leadership experience (manager of managers) with teams of 20+ individuals
- 02Proven high‑growth enterprise software pre‑sales success in the Canadian region
- 03Track record of driving large transactions and high‑growth customers (>$5M ARR)
- 04Demonstrated ability to influence, develop and empower teams to achieve objectives
- 05Experience building ecosystems of customer relationships and cross‑functional partnerships
- 06Strong understanding of data‑driven decisions, AI and Cloud software models
- 07Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience
Условия
- 01Location: Toronto, ON (candidates in other Ontario locations considered)
- 02Pay range: $221,200 – $304,150 CAD per year
- 03Eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits
