  • 04Support increased ROI of Solutions Architect involvement in sales cycles
  • 05Create trust‑based long‑term relationships with customers and understand market trends
  • 06Promote solution‑ and value‑based selling for field engineering
  • 07Represent and build the Databricks brand in Canada with Marketing and Sales
  • 08Guide team effectiveness and coach new sales and pre‑sales members

Требования

  • 015+ years of second‑line leadership experience (manager of managers) with teams of 20+ individuals
  • 02Proven high‑growth enterprise software pre‑sales success in the Canadian region
  • 03Track record of driving large transactions and high‑growth customers (>$5M ARR)
  • 04Demonstrated ability to influence, develop and empower teams to achieve objectives
  • 05Experience building ecosystems of customer relationships and cross‑functional partnerships
  • 06Strong understanding of data‑driven decisions, AI and Cloud software models
  • 07Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience

  • 01Location: Toronto, ON (candidates in other Ontario locations considered)
  • 02Pay range: $221,200 – $304,150 CAD per year
