Enablement Lead, EMEA

Обязанности
- 01Develop and lead the successful execution of sales enablement programs for internal and external EMEA customers and partners
- 02Partner with field leadership across the EMEA region to identify needs, build plans, and tailor/deliver content
- 03Scope and build new enablement content, including product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, and leadership development programs
- 04Collaborate with enablement content, operations teams and other SMEs to develop core sales training and enablement curriculum for the EMEA region
- 05Ensure alignment of sales enablement activities with key internal and external events such as product releases, campaigns, and industry trade shows
- 06Leverage Salesforce, Cornerstone, Gong and other tools to deliver training and educate users in the region
- 07Develop sales training job aids, supporting materials, and assessments to enhance field effectiveness
- 08Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and programs
- 09Identify opportunities to improve the sales learning experience and implement innovative delivery techniques
Требования
- 01Demonstrated progressive experience in a software sales or sales enablement role
- 02Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects with stakeholder impact
- 03Experience building relationships with sales leaders and their teams
- 04Software sales or sales enablement experience, preferably with expertise in DevOps and/or Open Source
- 05Working knowledge of sales training technology and methodologies
- 06Experience with sales enablement concepts, practices, and procedures
- 07Experience preparing, developing, and executing sales effectiveness strategies, tactics and action plans
- 08Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to varied audiences
- 09Strong influence and interaction skills with field sales professionals and management
- 10Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- 11Team player with strong interpersonal, project and change management skills
- 12Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, unpredictable environment
