Обязанности
- 01Build reporting infrastructure, analytical frameworks, and insights delivery to turn raw data into decisions
- 02Serve as the go-to analytical partner for internal leadership and single point of accountability for external partner reporting
- 03Create partner-level insights and dashboards for GTM leaders
- 04Establish and manage an external partner reporting program with clear frameworks and reliable delivery cadences
- 05Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance gaps and identify growth opportunities
- 06Develop and maintain recurring analytical programs like retention, cohort analysis, and pipeline health
- 07Close gaps in reporting coverage and build scalable self-service tools
- 08Foster cross-functional partnerships to improve underlying data infrastructure
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights
- 022+ years of experience in a B2B, commercial, or GTM-facing context
- 03Track record of owning end-to-end reporting programs from data sourcing to stakeholder communication
- 04Strong proficiency in SQL
- 05Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode)
- 06Experience building and maintaining recurring, full business-line reports and analytical frameworks at scale
- 07Strong communication skills to frame findings and influence decision-making
- 08Familiarity with sales performance metrics, pipeline tracking, and customer retention frameworks
- 09Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
