Senior Revenue Operations Manager - Eversight

Обязанности
- 01Build and run end-to-end revenue operations across Commercial organization (Sales and Customer Success)
- 02Design process and own reporting
- 03Act as a trusted partner to commercial leadership across Eversight Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- 04Build standardized reporting and forecasting models across CPG and Retail
- 05Build dashboards across Sales and Customer Success tracking pipeline, renewal rate, expansion, and churn risk
- 06Identify and fix operational gaps tied to improvements in forecast accuracy, data integrity, or process efficiency
- 07Build and ship AI tools, agents, and workflow automations to eliminate manual operational overhead
- 08Build process documentation and standardized frameworks
Требования
- 01Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 027+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar function within a SaaS company
- 03Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insight
- 04Fluent in using AI tools, agents, and workflow automations to eliminate manual reporting and data cleanup
- 05Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to present findings to leadership
- 06Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, prioritize solutions, and execute improvements independently
- 07Adept at working cross-functionally with focus on aligning multiple stakeholders toward shared goals
- 08Self-starter able to operate independently in fast-paced environment
- 09Experience in CPG, Retail, or trade promotion/pricing analytics highly preferred
