• 01Lead a Professional Services team that delivers Veeva RIM
• 02Responsible for hiring, performance management, and mentorship
• 03Execute as a Services Delivery Lead for multiple customer engagements as a non-billable resource
• 04Manage supply and demand of your team
• 05Support and coach your team
• 06Find and create billable work to drive productivity and hold your team accountable
• 07Manage escalations and support sales and other teams in the pre-sales process
• 08Cultivate trusted relationships with customers
• 09Coordinate across projects and other Veeva functions to ensure lessons learned and best practices are shared
• 10Provide executive oversight of internal initiatives and project sponsorship
• 11Build an internal network across Veeva – Sales, Strategy, Product, and Services

Требования

• 015+ years of software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm
• 023+ years in people management
• 03Has grown and led a professional services team
• 04Operational excellence in leading Services including utilization and resource management
• 05Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Условия

• 01Total compensation: 70,000 - 120,000 EUR
• 02Remote, EU/UK based position
• 03Required travel up to 25% of the time
